Neat and Tidy Subscription
- Regular inspection of HVAC System and filter replacement
- Seasonal start-up and run inspections of equipment
- Checking and cleaning P-traps or U-bend water traps for condensate drain pans
- Checking for leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues in plumbing
- Regular inspection of restrooms and kitchen plumbing
- Preventative Maintenance of water heaters and boilers
- Inspecting outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Replacing burnt-out bulbs and faulty equipment, interior only
- Ensuring emergency lighting is functional
- Regular inspection of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers
- Ensuring fire alarms are operational
- Checking for fire hazards and clear fire exits
- Touching up paint and repairing minor wall damage
- Repairing or replacing damaged tiles or carpets, not to exceed 1sq. ft.
- Maintaining indoor plants and decorations
- Ensuring signage is clean and up-to-date

- Regular inspection for leaks, damage, or debris

Spotless and Shiny Subscription
- All services in the Neat and Tidy Subscription Package
- Regular Servicing of kitchen/breakroom appliances
- Cleaning roof drains and gutters
- Cleaning main entry and doors
- Inspecting parking lot and walkways for damage and making minor* repairs
- Replacing burnt out bulbs and faulty equipment Interior and exterior
*Minor repairs would consist of cracks, holes, and trip hazards repairable with patching material and not requiring specialized materials or equipment.
Pristine and Polished Subscription
- All services in the Neat and Tidy Subscription Package
- All services in the Spotless and Shiny Subscription Package
- Daily cleaning of restrooms *
- Repainting of parking lot lines and signage as needed
- Daily litter pickup from parking lot and grounds *
* A specific time will be scheduled during the day for this service

The service packages DO NOT include material or parts such as filters and batteries, and only cover scheduled labor listed in the packages included. Prices on packages vary based on the size and needs of your business and can be adjusted by adding or subtracting services based on your needs.

Loose Tie Solutions, LLC, and its service providers currently service businesses in the Central Arkansas area (within 60 miles of Little Rock). As the need arises services may be provided outside of the set service area.
